3 Simple tips to help you live proactively

Cassie was in complete disarray, after her divorce and having to parent their 2 children alone.  She couldn't get out of this unending cycle of blaming her ex-husband, and feeling deep anger towards her friends for not supporting her.  

Needless to say, this is the mom the 2 children end up spending time with - angry, bitter, and unpredictable.

1. Become aware of your current reality – The real truth of where you are.

2. Accept what you have discovered in step one as IS…now

3. Take responsibility for your life.


It’s also crucial to take 100% responsibility for your life – actions, thoughts, words, and choices.
